Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified. Prices are per person in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.
Guests must follow naturalist guide instructions at all times. Harassment of wildlife, littering, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the safari without refund.
Guests participate in safaris at their own risk. We recommend travel insurance. Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking. Children under 5 are not permitted on night safaris.
Safari Jawai is not liable for wildlife encounters, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Personal photography is welcome. Commercial photography and drone use requires prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pali district.
