To cancel a booking, email info@safarijawai.com or call +91 92166 98192 with your booking reference. Cancellations via WhatsApp are also accepted.

You may reschedule a booking at no charge if notified more than 48 hours before the safari, subject to availability. One free reschedule per booking.
Cancellations due to natural disaster, government restrictions, or declared emergencies are eligible for full credit toward a future booking.
